Thanksgiving and a Birthday

Birthday pictures first. Here Brenna is in one of her new outfits. She got several clothes items which are all so cute and very needed. Spencer wasn't so thrilled by all the clothes though. "Why does Brenna get so many clothes? Where are the toys?"

Here is one of the toys she got. It will teach her shapes and colors and numbers.

She liked this red dress with the small dots.

Grandma Snow made a little cloth Pokey Little Puppy book. Daddy will read it to her all the time. It was his favorite book.

A much needed new snowsuit. So cozy warm.

We got Brenna a sock monkey. She loves it. So does Lauren.

Someone thought it was his birthday.

After Thanksgiving dinner Uncle Andrew decided to burn off his calories. The niece and nephews loved it. Brenna was terrified. Andrew is bundled in his sleeping bag and pretending to be a slug.

Now Andrew has morphed into a butterfly. . .with a stinger.
Two cute cousins.
Brenna liked playing with Hannah's hair.

Cute Hannah.

The first casualty of Thanksgiving dinner. . .
and while he slept Brenna stole his toys.

This is how we occupied our time between eating. Brenna was forced into her walker so she wouldn't play.

Pilgrim Lauren.

It can't be a family gathering without an injury. Poor Ben Benn fell on the leg of our couch and got a cut and a swollen eye. He was a trooper though and got right back up to play.

so many pictures to comment on. They are all so funny. We really laughed at the one of Brenna making off with Ben Benn's monkey.

At first I thought you said Ben had fallen and hurt himself. . . either way sad. . but with the older one. . a little strange (funny) to picture. You don't see grown ups falling and hurting their eyes on a coffee tables that often. Sorry, that is mean for me to laught at that. . . but it didn't really happen. . . thats why it's funny
